Initial Consultation

First Session
- In Person or Virtual
- Home tour
- Client’s Ideal Lifestyle – questionnaire provided in advance
- Specific Goal setting
- Making an individualized plan + session schedule
- Starting to Declutter
Joy-Checking Sessions (Decluttering)
- Move through categories one by one
- Temporary Organizing as each session / category is finished
Organization
- Organize all belongings thoroughly at the very end once home is fully decluttered
- More intentional storage than done throughout the tidying festival
- Assigning spots for each item
Consultant Involvement Options
Choose what works best for your individual needs and preferences.
- Full Hire:
- I will be present to guide and assist you every step of the way as you complete each category of the method, from start to finish. One-one support with no or little independent “homework” in between sessions.
- Routine Hire + Homework:
- I conduct a session at the beginning of each of the 5 categories to get the process started. You would dedicate time between sessions to work independently on joy-checking items from the current category before our next session together. Flexible one-one work time based on your needs.
- As-Needed Hire:
- I help you get started, and am present as you sort one or more categories (according to the your needs and preference). The client initiates and completes one or more categories independently.
Ongoing Accountability + Support
For clients choosing to work on their own for part or much of their decluttering journey, I offer accountability check-ins and support.
Once the process is over, I offer ongoing support as needed per client’s request.
